摘要
在集装箱码头的日常运营中,集装箱卡车的运输与调度是影响整个码头工作效率的重要环节,而集卡的路径优化是关键。本研究在总结国内外学者关于集卡调度研究的基础上,采用较新的"作业面"工作策略,在岸桥等待时间最短的前提下,建立同时对两条集装箱运输船进行装卸作业的路径优化模型,并设计算例采用Cplex进行求解。结果表明该模型对缩短集卡行走路径,降低成本,提高集卡工作效率有着显著的帮助。
In daily operations of the container terminals, container truck transportation and scheduling play an important role in promoting the efficiency of the whole terminal. In which domain, truck route optimization is an essential issue. Starting with a conclu- sion of the domestic and overseas studies on trailer dispatching of container terminals, this paper employs a newer pool strategy and proposes a novel routing optimization mod- el that enables handling operations on two Container ship simultaneously under condi- tion of shortest quay cranes waiting time. We solve the optimization model by Cplex. Experimental results show the proposed model has a remarked effect on shortening truck route, reducing costs, and improving the efficiency of container terminals.
