摘要
运用SWOT方法评估了我国物业管理行业现状的优势、弱势、机遇、威胁,认识了我国物业管理的三种主要模式以及经营型物业管理模式的内涵和基本特征.为了更好地适应经济发展和服务社会需要,我国物业管理应向经营型管理模式转变,从承担社会责任、实施物业管理专业化、培养核心竞争力等方面全面推进.
It introduces three types of property management modes in China, empahsis on the connotation and basic characteristics of the operation style property management mode. Chinese property management mode should change into the operation style one, that is, to bear social responsibility, to carry out professionalization about property management and to cultivate core competence, etc.
