摘要
分析甲烷化炉催化剂床层阻力上升的原因,采取了催化剂"撇头"应急处理,装置再开车后,从工艺运行数据分析判断此次"撇头"处理非常成功,完全能满足工艺运行要求。
This paper analyzed the reason of methanation furnace catalyst bed layer resistance rise Catalyst "head" pull as emergent response measures was taken, which can fully meet the requirements of pro- cess operation, provide reference for the same industry.
