以天然气为原料生产合成氨越来越受到天然气的价格及供给量的限制,每年被迫停车2~3次。通过对装置开车程序的优化,进行合成回路氮气升温,使装置缩短8h的开车时间,节省了能耗物耗,效果良好。
Using natural gas as raw material to produce synthetic ammonia was more and more restricted by natural gas price and supply, and the plant had to shut down for two or three times per year. Through optimizing the start-up procedure, and using nitrogen as warming up gas in synthetic loop, the start,up time was shortened by 8 hours, energy and material consumption was saved greatly.
