摘要
针对尿素装置二段蒸发尾气氨含量偏高,对系统工况、组分进行分析计算,认为冷凝系统游离氨含量偏高、喷射器抽吸量大是造成尾气氨含量偏高的主要原因。通过改进和优化工艺,大幅降低了尾气氨含量,每年可节约液氨120t,效益明显。
Nitrogen content in tail gas from the second evaporator in urea plant was found to be higher. Main reasons thereof were found by analyzing the process cases and composition, those are: high free ammonia in condensate system and high extraction volume of ejector. The modification and process optimization made the nitrogen content decreased dramatically , and brought apparent profit as saving liquid ammonia 120t/a.
