摘要
蒽醌法是目前生产双氧水的主要方法,介绍了蒽醌法双氧水萃取原理,萃取塔是双氧水生产的关键设备;通过模型计算分析,以江苏理文化工有限公司60000t/a双氧水装置萃取塔为例,对萃取塔进行工艺优化;通过三个不同阶段的生产实践,验证了萃取塔能力,达到增产、增效、降耗的目的。
Anthraquinone is the main method of the Hydrogen Peroxide production, this paper introduces the anthraquinone process in the Hydrogen Peroxide extraction principle. Extraction Tower is the key equipment for the production of Hydrogen Peroxide. For example, according to the 60000t/a Hydrogen Peroxide equipment in ]iangsu Lee & Man Chemical Limited, through the model calculation and analysis in order to optimize the Extraction Tower. Through three different stages of the production practice, validating the ability of extraction tower and achieving the goal of energy saving, consumption reduction, effection increasing.
