督脉电针对晚期脊髓损伤的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Du Channel Acupuncture with Electric Stimulation in Late Paraplegics

本文介绍了督脉电针治疗法,本法治疗20例晚期脊髓损伤病人在患肢痉挛、神经痛、二便失控、运动功能障碍、泌尿系感染等方面与对照组作了比较。从结果看,督脉电针疗法优于常规疗法。经统计学处理,除泌尿系感染P>0.05无意义外,余项均为P<0.05或P<0.01。从治疗前后诱发电位检查看,督脉电针组不全性损伤患者疗后均有改变,潜伏期均明显提前;对照组则无变化。由此可见,督脉电针对晚期脊髓损伤具有较好疗效。

20 late paraplegics treated by Du channel acupuncture with electric stimulation were compared with 20 cases routinely treated in the aspects of spasticity, neuralgia, abnormalities of bladder control and bowel movement, dyskinesia and urinary tract infections. The results showed the superior efficacy of treatment with Du channel acupuncture with electric stimulation, in which all items showed significant effectiveness statistically(P<0.05 or<0.01), except the UTI (P>0.05). By observing SSEP, it was noticed that the prolongation of latency in incomplete paraplegic patients in the treated group was shortened after treatmt. In a word, the Du channel acupuncture with electric stimulation has satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of late paraplegics.
