代谢综合征组中颈动脉内膜中层的厚度(IMT)与PLT、MPV的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨老年(年龄超过80岁)代谢综合征(MS)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与血小板计数(PLT)及平均血小板体积(MPV)的相关性。方法根据IMT将150例老年MS患者分为斑块阳性组70例(IMT>1.2 mm)和斑块阴性组80例(IMT<1.2 mm)。对比两组PLT及MPV的差异,同时对所有患者IMT与PLT及MPV的相关性进行对比。结果斑块阳性组PLT明显低于斑块阴性组,斑块阳性组MPV明显高于斑块阴性组,同时IMT与PLT呈显著的负向相关性,而与MPV呈显著的正向相关性。结论老年MS患者IMT与PLT及MPV存在显著的相关性,可应用PLT及MPV来评估MS患者颈动脉硬化程度。 Objective To investigate the honestly years ( older than 80 years old ) patients with metabolic syndrome ( MS ) of carotid intima-media thickness ( IMT ) and platelet count ( PLT ) and mean platelet volume ( MPV ) relevance. Method Based on IMT 150 m years MS patients divided into patches of positive group, 70 cases ( 1MT〉 1.2 mm) 80 cases ( 1MT and plaque negative group 〈 1.2 mm) .Comparing the difference of the two groups of PLT and MPV and IMT of all patients were compared and the correlation of PLT and MPV. Results P|aque PLT positive group was obviously lower negative gToup, plaque and MPV positive group was obviously higher than that of negative group, at the same time IMT and PLT were significantly negative correlation, and MPV has significant positive correlation.Conclusion Honesdy IMT in MS patients and there is significant correlation, PLT and MPV can use of PLT and MPV to assess the degree of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with MS.
