论医院管理—防范与解决“非典型”医疗纠纷之我见

摘要 目的通过防范措施与解决方法来减少"非典型"医疗纠纷。方法通过我院具体事例,分析"非典型"医疗纠纷出现的成因,并通过细化管理制度与职责、提升医护人员医德医风及完善亲情服务来探讨研究防范和解决医疗纠纷的方法与对策。结果我院经整改后发现,"非典型"医疗纠纷投诉大幅度下降,医患关系和谐程度提升。结论防范与解决"非典型"医疗纠纷,是提高医院管理质量、改善医患关系、保障医院工作正常运转及长远发展的有力手段。 ObjectiveReduce the atypical medical disputes through precaution measures and solutions.MethodsAnalyse the reason of atypical medical disputes by the specific medical case in hospital, ascend the medical care staf’s medical ethics by detailing the management rules and responsibilities, and probe into the precaution measures and solutions by perfecting the family services.ResultsAfter the rectification in the hospital ,the atypical medical disputes is dramaticaly decreased and the doctor-patient relationship is advanced.Conclusion It is a strong measure on improving the hospital management, polishing the doctor-patient relationship , keeping watch the regularly hospital operation and long lasting development to precaution and solve the atypical medical disputes.
