摘要
目的为研究了胶原六氟异丙醇无纺布的止血和修复性能。方法采用扫描电镜观察、红外分析、断尾止血和接种成骨MC3T3-E1检测等。结果发现这种胶原无纺布具有纳米纤维,未发生降解,具有良好的止血性能,利于细胞增殖。结论胶原溶于六氟异丙醇电纺出的无纺布是一款更好的止血的材料,其应用有待于进一步开发。
Objective This paper studied the estimation of colagen electrospinning in 1,1,1,3,3,3-Hexafluoro-2-propanol(HFP)nonwoven.Methods SEM, Infrared spectroscopy, tail-cut hemostasis , MC3T3 cel adhesion and growth.Results The colagen nonwoven is made of nanofibers, isn’t degradated by HFP and promotes cel growth rate.Conclusion The result indicate that colagen HFP nonwoven could be used to hemostatic materials.
