摘要
目的分析研究标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型脑外伤的临床效果。方法比较分析颞顶瓣开颅术以及标准大骨瓣减压术的疗效。结果治疗后观察组颅内压下降情况、恢复良好率以及并发症发生率与对照组相比,P<0.05。结论标准大骨瓣减压术用于治疗重型脑外伤患者,疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in treatment of severe traumatic brain injury.MethodsComparative analysis of craniotomy group and the curative effect of standard large bone flap decompression.Results After the treatment, the observation group of intracranial pressure decreased, the rate of good recovery and complication rate compared with the control group,P〈 0.05. Conclusion The standard big bone flap decompression for the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury patients, curative effect.
