摘要
目的：分析研究血管内支架置入术对后循环缺血的治疗价值。方法选取我院收治的22例后循环缺血患者，所有患者均采用血管内支架置入术治疗，评价治疗效果。结果22例患者血管内支架置入成功率为100.0%，支架共置入30枚，术后残余狭窄10%～20%5处，10%21处，经随访所有患者均无严重并发症发生。结论血管内支架置入术可有效改善后循环缺血，手术治疗效果显著，安全可靠。
Objective Analysis of the value of treatment of circulation ischemia after endovascular stenting.Methods Select our hospital 22 cases of patients with posterior circulation ischemia, al patients were treated with endovascular stent therapy, therapeutic efect evaluation.Results22 cases of patients with stent implantation success rate of 100%, a total of 30 stents implantation, postoperative residual stenosis at 10%~20% 5, 10% and 21 at folow-up, al patients had no serious complications.Conclusion Endovascular stent implantation can efectively improve the operation of posterior circulation ischemia, treatment efect is remarkable, safe and reliable.
