观察定点透皮缝合术治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的临床效果

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Point Penetration Suture in the Treatment of Simple Cyst of the Breast

目的观察定点透皮缝合术治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2本院就诊的单纯性乳腺囊肿患者共60例,随机分为对照组(采用单纯囊腔穿刺抽液法)和观察组(采用定点透皮缝合术),观察两组方法治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的疗效情况。结果对观察组总有效率(100%)显著高于对照组(80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定点透皮缝合术的疗效优于单纯囊腔穿刺抽液法,其是一种疗效显著,操作方便的单纯性乳腺囊肿手术治疗方式,值得广泛推广并应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of point penetration suture in the treatment of simple cyst of the breast. Methods 2 patients in our hospital from simple cyst of the breast in 60 cases, were randomly divided into control group （ treated by simple cyst puncture ） and observation group （ using fixed-point percutaneous suture ）, observe two groups of curative effect method in the treatment of simple cyst of the breast. Results The total effictive rate of observation group （ 100% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 80% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Percutaneous suture fixed effect is superior to that of simple cyst pnncture, which is a kind of obvious curative effect, convenient operation simple cyst of the breast operation treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
