鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗鼻腔血管瘤

Endoscopic Low-Temperature Plasma Radiofrequency in Treatment of Hemangioma of Nasal Cavity

目的：探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效和优势。方法对56例鼻腔血管瘤患者随机分为两组。观察组28人进行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗，对照组28人行常规激光手术疗法。观察观察组患者和对照组患者分别行鼻腔血管瘤手术后并发症等观察疗效，随访3～12个月。结果观察组鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗手术出血量（11±10）ml、鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔穿孔、鼻甲萎缩发生率3.57%等情况均低于对照组（22.9±9.7）ml，21.4%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗鼻腔血管瘤与传统激光方法相比具有更好的疗效。

Objective To explore the effects of coblator plasma radiofrequency surgery in treatment of hemangioma of nasal cavity under nasal endoscopy. MethodsA total of 56 patients were randomly divided into observed group and control group.The observed group was treated by plasma radiofrequency surgery under nasal endoscopy. The control group was treated by common laser surgery. Observed the effects and the complications between the two groups.ResultsThe blood loss of observed group was less than that of control group,the incidence of complications including nasal adhesion, perforation of nasal septum,nasal cocha atrophy,the observed group was less than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of coblator plasma radiofrequency surgery under nasal endoscopy is superior than the method of laser surgery.
