口腔粘膜白斑患者100例临床分析与治疗

Clinical Analysis and Treatment of 100 Cases of Oral Leukoplakia

目的探讨口腔粘膜白斑患者100例临床分析与治疗。方法本次试验对象主要为我院收治的100例口腔粘膜白斑患者,将其按照随机原则分为4组,每组为25例。对四组患者分别采用预防、中药、西药以及激光进行治疗。结果激光组临床总有效率为96%,而预防组、西药组和中药组患者临床总有效率分别为80%、84%和76%,激光组临床效果显著高于其余三组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而预防组、西药组和中药组临床效果差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于口腔粘膜白斑患者基尼系能够病理学检查,培养健康的生活习惯,采用激光手术进行治疗,临床效果显著,可以推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis and treatment of 100 cases of patients with oral leukoplakia.MethodsThis experiment mainly for 100 cases of oral leukoplakia patients in our hospital, which were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 25 cases. The treatment of four groups of patients were used traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, prevention and laser.Results The laser group the total clinical effective rate was 96%, and the prevention group, western medicine group and Chinese medicine group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 80%, 84% and 76%, the clinical effect of laser group was significantly higher than the other three groups, the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）, and the prevention group, western medicine group and Chinese medicine group clinical effect difference with statistical significance （P ＆gt; 0.05）.Conclusion For patients with oral leukoplakia Gini coefficient to pathological examination, develop a healthy lifestyle, the laser operation treatment, clinical effect is remarkable, can be extended.
