关节外侧小切口手术治疗肱骨髁上骨折的有效性与可行性

Articular Fractures of the Lateral Humeral Condyle Small Incision Surgical Treatment Effectiveness and Feasibility

目的：对关节外侧小切口手术治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年1月～2014年1月实施治疗的100例肱骨髁上骨折患者，所有患者均实施关节外侧小切口手术治疗，对患者的临床资料实施回顾性分析。结果经过治疗，所有患者复位及固定均准确无误，在对患者实施1～1.5年随访之后，发现患者中治疗效果良为86例、治疗良为7例，治疗可为3例，治疗差为4例，患者的治疗优良率为93.0%。结论在肱骨髁上骨折患者临床治疗中，采用关节外侧小切口手术能够取得良好临床治疗效果，值得推广应用。

Objective The lateral joint small incision surgery supracondylar fracture clinical results.Methods The patients in our hospital 100 cases of humeral fracture treatment in January 2013~2014 implemented in January, all patients were implemented lateral joint small incision surgery, the patient＆#39;s clinical data were retrospectively analyzed implementation.Results After treatment, all patients were accurate reduction and fixation, after 1.5 years for patients with follow-up found that patients in the treatment of 86 cases of benign, good for seven cases of treatment, treatment for three cases, the treatment difference four cases, the treatment of patients was 93.0% excellent.Conclusion In clinical supracondylar fracture patients, the use of the lateral joint small incision surgery can achieve good clinical outcomes, should be widely applied.
