盐酸氨溴索在老年肺炎治疗中的应用分析

Study on Ambroxol Hydrochloride Application in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Pneumonia

目的：深入研究盐酸氨溴索在老年肺炎治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取于2012年11月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的46例老年肺炎患者，并将患者随机分成对照组和治疗组进行对照研究，观察并比较常规治疗和加用盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为95.7%，显著高于对照组的73.9%，并且治疗组患者的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间等症状消失时间显著短于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年肺炎患者采用盐酸氨溴索治疗能够取得显著的治疗效果，能够快速缓解并改善患者的临床症状，值得在治疗老年肺炎的临床实践中进行推广应用。

Objective Clinical application effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia is to be studied.MethodsChoose 46 elderly patients with pneumonia who are treated in hospital from November 2012 to January 2015 and separate them into control group and study group at random; and then make an observation and comparison on patients’ treatment effects which are given conventional treatment and ambroxol hydrochloride treatment respectively between two groups.Results Treatment efficacy in study group is up to 95.7%, which is much higher than treatment efficacy of 73.9% in control group, besides, patients’ fever abatement time, symptoms disappeared time of coughing and pulmonary rales in study group are quite shorter than counterparts in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia and it is conducive to relieving patients’ clinical symptoms, thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly in treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia.
