摘要
目的布林佐胺治疗青光眼的降眼压疗效及安全性观察。方法选取我院收治的50例青光眼高眼压症患者,随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例),对照组采用马来酸噻吗洛尔实施治疗,治疗组采用布林佐胺实施治疗过程,对比两组患者治疗前后的眼压情况。结果两组患者的眼压结果和治疗前眼压大小结果对比有显著性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论青光眼高眼压症患者采用布林佐胺开展治疗过程,能够有效的改善患者的眼压情况,在临床医学中得到了广泛的发展和应用。
Objective Brinzolamide in treatment of glaucoma of the IOP lowering efficacy and safety study.Methods 50 patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into the treatment group （25 cases） and control group （25 cases）, control group with timolol maleate treatment, treatment group were treated with brinzolamide treatment process, the intraocular pressure before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The IOP of two groups of patients and compared with those before the treatment of intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that of the size （P〈 0.05）, with statistical significance.Conclusion Ocular hypertension glaucoma were treated with brinzolamide in treatment process, can effectively improve the intraocular pressure of patients, has been developed and applied widely in clinical medicine.
