摘要目的分析阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗心肌梗死的疗效。方法选取86例心肌梗死患者给予阿司匹林及阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。结果 A组治疗总有效率、冠状动脉再闭塞率、90d左室射血分数均优于B组。结论阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗心肌梗死效果显著。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods86 cases of patients with myocardial infarction treated with clopidogrel and aspirin and aspirin.Results The total effective rate of A group, the coronary artery occlusion rate, 90d, left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of group B.Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of myocardial infarction has significant effect.
