阿德福韦酯与拉米夫定联合治疗活动性乙肝肝硬化的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Adefovir Dipivoxil Combined with Lamivudine in Treatment of Active Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的分析阿德福韦酯与拉米夫定联合治疗活动性乙肝肝硬化疗效。方法对43例患者实施阿德福韦酯与拉米夫定联合治疗。结果治疗后肝功能较治疗前改善,P<0.01;HBV-DNA转阴率65.1%。结论阿德福韦酯与拉米夫定联合治疗活动性乙肝肝硬化具有显著效果。

Objective To analysis of adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine in treatment of active hepatitis B cirrhosis efficacy.Methods 43 cases of patients with adefovir and lamivudine combination therapy.ResultsAfter the treatment,the liver function improved compared with before treatment,P〈0.01 HBV-DNA negative rate is 65.1%.Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine in treatment of active hepatitis B cirrhosis has a significant effect.
