氟伏沙明治疗强迫症的的效果分析

Study on Fluvoxamine Medication Efficacy in Treatment of Obsessed-Compulsive Disorder(OCD)

目的：对氟伏沙明治疗强迫症的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年2月期间在我院接受治疗的48例强迫症患者，根据治疗方式的不同将患者随机分成对照组和治疗组分别采用氯米帕明和氟伏沙明进行治疗，对两种药物的临床效果进行比较。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，治疗4周、8周后的Y-BOCS评分以及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组，差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氟伏沙明治疗强迫症具有十分显著的临床效果，起效时间快并且安全有效，值得进行推广应用。

ObjectiveClinical effect of fluvoxamine medication in treatment of obsessed-compulsive disorder （OCD） is to be studied.MethodsChoose 48 patients of obsessed-compulsive disorder （OCD） who are treated in hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and separate them into control group and study group according to different treatment methods which are given clomipramine and fluvoxamine medication treatments respectively; and then compare medication effects between two groups.ResultsTreatment efficacy in study group is much higher than treatment efficacy in control group; besides, patients’ Y-BOCS assessment scores after four weeks and eight weeks’ treatment and side-effect incidence in study group are greatly less than counterparts in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Fluvoxamine medication is of efficacy in treatment of obsessed-compulsive disorder （OCD）; it boasts advantages of quick efficiency and safety; thus, such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
