摘要
目的分析助阳通痹颗粒治疗间质肺疾病的临床疗效。方法将78例间质肺疾病患者随机分为两组,对照组38例给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组40例给予助阳通痹颗粒治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后肺功能指标显著优于对照组。结论助阳通痹颗粒治疗间质肺疾病效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the Yang Tongbi Granule in the treatment of interstitial lung disease clinical curative effect.Methods 78 cases of patients with interstitial lung disease were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in control group were given Prednisone Acetate Tablets treatment,40 cases in observation group were given Yang Tongbi Granule treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,after treatment,lung function index was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Yang Tongbi Granule in the treatment of interstitial lung disease effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
