观察消炎生肌膏外敷治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的临床效果

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Anti-inflammatory Ointment in the Treatment of Fat Liquefaction of Incision after Cesarean Section of Muscle

目的探讨消炎生肌膏外敷治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的临床效果。方法选取我院就诊的剖宫产术后切口发生脂肪液化的患者作为本次研究的对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照,每组各35例。给予对照组患者常规方法治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上增加消炎生肌膏外敷治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组,而切口愈合时间明显低于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化患者消炎生肌膏外敷治疗,取得了较好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the anti inflammation; clinical effect of incision fat liquefaction of ointment in the treatment of cesarean section postoperative muscle.Methods Select our hospital after cesarean section incision fat liquefaction patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group patients in the control group patients based on the increase and myogenic ointment treatment. Comparison of clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the wound healing time was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.ConclusionAnti-inflammatory, myogenic ointment in treatment of patients with fat liquefaction of incision after cesarean section, has better clinical curative effect, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
