Value of New Ultrasound Technique for Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

目的分析超声新技术用于甲状腺良恶性结节诊断的价值。方法选取45例甲状腺结节患者超声新技术检查结果。结果剪切波弹性和常规超声联合成像的敏感性、特异性以及准确性均高于常规超声。结论常规超声联合剪切波弹性成像在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中应用价值显著。

Objective To analysis on the new technology of ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 45 patients with thyroid nodules ultrasound examination to select new technology. Results The sensitivity of shear wave elasticity imaging, combined with the specificity and accuracy of conventional ultrasound was higher than that of conventional ultrasound.Conclusion Ultrasound shear wave elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules in the obvious application value.
