摘要 目的对比分析在冠状动脉狭窄中应用256层CT与常规冠状动脉造影(Conventional coronary angiography CCA)的效果。方法选择本院136例怀疑为冠状动脉狭窄的患者,在未经药物治疗之前,首先采用256层CT扫描诊断,之后采取CCA明确诊断,对比两种检查结果,分析256层CT检查准确性、敏感性以及优势。结果以CCA检查结果作为金标准,对比两种方法诊断中、重度狭窄的冠状动脉均有很高的准确率和敏感性,两者没有显著的统计学差异,P>0.05。结论分析256层CT诊断中、重度冠状动脉狭窄的效果,与CCA检查并没有显著差异,且无创、伤害小,更适合检查怀疑冠心病的患者,可向临床推荐。 Objective To compare the application of 256 slice CT and conventional coronary angiography in coronary artery stenosis (Conventional coronary angiography CCA) effect.Methods136 cases of suspected coronary artery stenosis patients, without drug treatment before, the diagnosis of 256 slice CT scan, after taking CCA diagnosis, comparing the two kinds of test results, analysis of 256 layer CT, check the accuracy and sensitivity advantage. ResultsThe CCA examination results as the gold standard, two kinds of diagnostic methods in contrast, severe coronary artery stenosis with high accuracy and sensitivity, there were no statisticaly significant differences between the two,P〉0.05.ConclusionAnalysis of 256 layer CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis, severe effect, and CCA examination showed no significant difference, and noninvasive, less damage, more suitable for inspection of suspected coronary heart disease patients, to clinical recommendations.
