腰硬联合麻醉在老年人全髋关节置换术的应用效果观察

Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia in the Elderly to Observe the Application Effect of Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的观察腰硬联合麻醉在老年人全髋关节置换术的应用效果。方法将74例全髋关节置换术老年患者分为两组,对照组采用全麻,观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉。结果两组术后呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间、恢复期骚动发生率差异显著。结论腰硬联合麻醉在老年人全髋关节置换术中应用效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in senile patients undergoing total hip joint replacement.Methods 74 cases of total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients were divided into two groups, the control group with general anesthesia, the observation group with combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Results The recovery time, eye opening time, extubation time, recovery time, recovery period of unrest in a significant difference in the rate of respiration of two groups after operation.Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia in the elderly is significant effect in total hip arthroplasty.
