摘要
目的探讨高龄剖宫产初产妇腹部切口护理的临床应用效果。方法选取我院收治的140例高龄剖宫产初产妇为研究对象。随机分成两组各70例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组在常规护理的基础上进行有针对性的护理干预。分析两种护理方式对高龄剖宫产初产妇的临床效果。结果护理组各项数据均优于对照组。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有针对性的护理干预,能有效地减轻产妇切口疼痛的程度,促进切口的愈合,降低切口的感染率。
Objective To investigate the elderly abdominal incision cesarean section primipara nursing clinical effect.Methods Select our hospital 140 cases of elderly patients of cesarean section primipara as the object of study. Were randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing care, nursing group on the basis of routine nursing and specific nursing intervention. Analysis of two kinds of nursing clinical effect in elderly patients of cesarean section primipara.ResultsThe data of nursing group were better than the control group. The difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the degree of maternal incision pain, promote wound healing, reduce the wound infection rate.
