探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤手术前后的护理方法及效果

To Investigate the Effect of Nursing Before and After Operation in Patients with Ovarian Tumor and Pregnancy

目的：探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤手术前后的护理方法及效果。方法选取2012年4月～2014年4月我院收治的妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规专科护理手法予以干预，观察组在常规护理基础上采用优质护理手法予以干预。结果观察组出现并发症1例，发生率为3.3%；对照组出现并发症4例，发生率为13.3%。两组并发症发生率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05），观察组低于对照组。结论在妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤手术前后对患者进行有效的系统护理干预有利于其术后恢复，起到改善妊娠结局、促进母婴平安的效果，具有广阔的发展前景。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing before and after operation in patients with ovarian tumor and pregnancy.Methods A total of 2012 60 patients treated in our hospital from April 2014 in April of pregnancy with ovarian tumor patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing technique to intervene at the observed group on the base of routine nursing with quality care practices be intervention.ResultsThe observation group of 1 cases of complications, the incidence rate was 3.3%; control group, 4 cases had complications, the incidence rate was 13.3%. The incidence of complications of the two groups had significant difference （P〈 0.05）, the observation group than the control group. Conclusion In pregnancy with ovarian tumor before and after operation of patients were effective nursing intervention is conducive to the recovery and to improve the pregnancy outcome and to promote the effect of maternal and child safety, with broad prospects for development.
