摘要
目的探讨急性乳腺炎乳汁淤积期护理方法的临床应用及效果。方法选取我院收治的80例急性乳腺炎乳汁淤积期患者为研究对象。随机分成两组各40例。对照组采用常规的护理,护理组在常规护理的基础上进行综合的护理方法。结果护理组护理的总有效率为95.0%,对照组为77.5%。护理组护理效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合护理的方法,能有效地排出患者乳房淤积的乳汁,提高护理的总有效率。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect of nursing for acute mastitis milk siltation. Methods 80 cases admitted to our hospital with acute mastitis milk siltation patients as the research object. Were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each. The control group with routine nursing, the nursing method of combining traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Group on the basis of routine nursing.ResultsThe nursing care group the total effective rate was 95%, 77.5% in the control group. Nursing care group was better than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing method combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, can effectively discharge deposition in patients with breast milk, improve the total efficiency of nursing.
