摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠中的应用。方法选择我院瘢痕子宫患者84例为研究对象,随机分为研究组(42例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用常规护理;研究组采用人性化护理模式。结果研究组在麻醉前的心率、收缩压、焦虑自评量表评分明显低于对照组,研究组术后的视觉模拟评分、住院时间明显少于对照组,研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施人性化护理可以减轻实行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕子宫患者的痛苦,减少并发症,获得更好的疗效。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing care in uterine artery embolization for treatment of uterine scar pregnancy.MethodsIn our hospital in patients with uterine scar in 84 cases as the research object, randomly divided into the study group （42 cases） and control group （42 cases）, the control group received routine nursing care; the study group with humanistic nursing mode. Results The study group before anesthesia, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, self rating Anxiety Scale score was significantly lower than the control group, the study group after operation visual analogue score, length of hospital stay were significantly less than the control group, the study group of nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the differences were statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing care can reduce the uterine artery embolization in the treatment of patients with uterine scar pain, reduce complications, obtain better curative effect.
