摘要
目的研究高胆红素血症大鼠听力损伤的机制及Ca M活性变化在此损伤中的作用。方法 60只新生7 d SD大鼠,随机分为对照组(C组)和实验组(M组),测试各组动物脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR),检测各组血清胆红素浓度和脑组织胆红素含量,测试各组大鼠耳蜗核Ca M的免疫组化平均灰度值。结果 M组用药后ABR反应阈明显升高,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ波潜伏期明显延长;M组耳蜗核Ca M免疫组化平均灰度值明显低于C组。结论 Ca M活性升高在高胆红素血症听力损伤过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of hearing damage with hyperbilirubinemia and function approach of neuro-toxicity. Methods Sixty newborn seven days SD(Sprague Dawley) rats were divided into contral group(C) and experiment group(M)randomly. Auditory brainstem response(ABR)and concentration of bilirubin in blood and brain in every groups were examined respectively. CaM immunohistochemistry dye were done in cochlear nucleus slices. Result ABR reflecting threshold obviously increases of group M after using medicine, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ wave delitescence obvious extend. The average gray value of cochlear nucleus CaM in group M are obviously lower than group C. Conclusion CaM activation rising play an important role in hearing damage in hyperbilirubinemia.
