摘要
目的观察护理干预对慢性肾炎患者的影响效果。方法资料随机选自2013年5月至2014年5月本院诊治的慢性肾炎患者53例,均予以临床护理干预,对比患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量。结果干预后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均优于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后患者各项生活质量指标评分均优于干预前,干预前后对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎患者应用护理干预可减轻其焦虑、抑郁状况,并提高生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with chronic nephritis. Methods 53 cases were randomly selected from the patients with chronic nephritis who received treatment in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014. They were given the clinical nursing intervention. Then the anxiety scores, depression scores and the life quality before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results The anxiety scores and the depression scores after nursing intervention were superior to that before nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the scores of life quality were also better than that before nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in the patients with chronic nephritis can relieve their anxiety and depression degree and improve the quality of life.
