某地区男性尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒基因型别的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解怀化地区男性尖锐湿疣患者感染人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型分布情况。方法采用PCR-反向点杂交法对该地区2013年1月至2014年12月期间120例男性尖锐湿疣患者进行HPV基因分型检测。结果 120例男性尖锐湿疣患者中83例(69.17%)检出HPV阳性,检出率最高依次为HPV-6、16、52、11型。男性尖锐湿疣患者中以21∽30岁及31∽40岁年龄段HPV感染阳性率较高。HPV单一感染率60.24%,多重感染率39.76%,多重感染以高低危混合型为主。结论怀化地区男性尖锐湿疣患者皮损主要HPV基因型为6、16、52及11型,21∽40岁为易感人群,多重感染以高低危混合型为主,HPV分型检测在男性尖锐湿疣的临床诊断和预后方面具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV)genotypes in male patients with condyloma acuminate in huaihua city. Methods 120 tissue specimens were tested by PCR reverse dot blot' to obtain the distribution of HPV genotypes from January 2013 to December 2014. Results HPV DNA was detected in 83 cases(69.17%)of the 120 cases patients. The most frequent genotypes were HPV-6, 16, 52 and 11 respectively. The peak ages of infection were mainly distributed from 21-30 years old and 31-40 years old. Single HPV genotypes infection rate was 60.24%, and multiple HPV genotypes infection rate reached 39.76%. Multiple HPV genotypes infections were concentrated in high and low mixed infection. Conclusion HPV6, 16, 11, 52 were the major positive HPV genotypes in male CA tissue specimens in Huaihua region, and the people between 20-40 years old are the population at high risk for HPV infection, multiple HPV genotypes infections were concentrated in high and low mixed infection, the genotyping of HPV plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of CA.
