探讨上消化道出血的急诊护理措施及临床效果观察

Discussion on Emergency Nursing Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Clinical Observation

目的探讨上消化道出血的急诊护理措施及其效果。方法选自2013年1月至2014年7月我院收治的上消化道出血急诊患者102例,将其随机分成两组,每组51例患者,为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,对观察组患者进行急诊护理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者急诊护理的有效率为98.0%,对照组患者急诊护理的有效率为90.2%。且观察组患者在1 h内及1∽2 h病情稳定的比例明显高于对照组患者。结论针对于上消化道出血患者采用有效的急诊护理措施,能够提高急诊护理的效果,快速的稳定患者的病情,实现对患者的科学护理和有效护理,该种护理方法值得在临床上广泛性推广。

Objective To investigate the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding emergency measures and their effects. Methods Selected from January 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital on 102 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding emergency patients were randomly divided into two groups of 51 patients, were named as the observation group and the control group, the control group patients received routine care for acute care patients in the observation group, compared to the effect of two groups of clinical care of patients. Results The effective emergency care of patients was 98.0% in the control group of patients in emergency care was 90.2 percent effective. And observation of patients within 1 hour and 1-2 hours in stable condition significantly higher proportion of patients. Conclusion For the adoption of effective measures for emergency care on patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, can improve the effectiveness of emergency care, quickly stabilize the patient＇s condition, to achieve effective patient care and nursing science, nursing is worth this kind of extensive clinical promotion.
