五味子酯甲在大鼠体内代谢产物的鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察五味子酯甲在大鼠体内的代谢转化。方法采用超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-TOF-MS/MS)分析鉴定大鼠灌胃五味子酯甲后,其在尿样中的代谢产物。Phenomenex UPLC C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1‰甲酸水,梯度洗脱,质谱仪离子源为电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子方式检测。结果经代谢物软件处理后,根据MS/MS给出质谱碎片信息对五味子酯甲代谢产物进行结构推测,共检测到5种代谢产物。结论五味子酯甲在大鼠体内的代谢途径主要为氧化反应和还原反应。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the metabolite profile of schisantherin A in rat urine. METHODS Ultra high performance liquid chromatography combined with Triple TOF mass spectrometry(UPLC-TOF/MS/MS) was used for the separation and analysis of schisantherin A and its metabolites in rat urine. The metabolites were separated using a Phenomenex UPLC Cl8 column with gradient elution program of acetonitrile and 0.1%o formic acid aqueous as mobile phase. RESULTS MetabolitePilot software was employed to speculate the structures of the metabolites of schisantherin A and five metabolites were identified. CONCLUSION Oxidation and reduction reactions are the metabolic pathways of schisantherin A in rat.
