原始地质资料的归档及存在问题

做好原始地质资料立卷归档工作,是实现地质档案规范化、标准化、科学化管理的基础。现阶段地勘单位都按照《原始地质资料立卷归档规则》进行归档,但在实际工作中,此归档规则不能做到方便利用。文章通过将《原始地质资料立卷归档规则》与《核工业西北地质局综合档案分类表》中的科技档案部分进行结合,探索出了切合核工业二○八大队实际的原始地质资料归档方法。针对工作实际,就原始地质资料归档过程中资料收集与整理环节存在的地质资料繁而杂、项目人员归档意识薄弱、资料管理缺乏监督与交接机制等问题进行总结,提出了领导重视、档案人员介入等应对措施,旨在解决核地质系统在原始地质资料归档中存在的问题,呼吁各地勘基层单位重视此项工作,使原始地质资料的价值和作用得到充分的发挥。

Good original geological data archive work is the foundation of realization of geological archives standardized and scientific management.At present, all the geological exploration units are in accordance with the ＂original geological data filing and archive rule＂ for archiving, but in practical work, this archive can not be done easily using the normalization.The article combine ＂ original geological data filing and archive rule ＂ and science and technology part of the file ＂ nuclear Industry geological northwest Bureau comprehensive records classification＂, explored a fitting data archiving method to Geological Team No？208.For the actual work,the author summarize the issues in the original geological data collection and archiving process,that are numerous and complex geological data, weak archives awareness of project personnel, data management lack of supervision and defective data transfer mechanism. Moreover the author presented the response measures,that is leadership attention, archivists taking part,Etc,which aimed at resolving the existing problems of the nuclear geology original geological data archiving system,calling attention this job to all the geological exploration units, so that the original value and role of geological data obtained can be fully exploited.
