游客对风景旅游区信息服务满意度调查分析——以南宁青秀山风景名胜旅游区为例

摘要 随着旅游者对风景旅游区信息服务的总体要求越来越高,旅游信息服务水平成为影响游客满意度的重要因素。本文根据对国家5A级风景区——青秀山旅游信息服务满意度的调查分析及采取改进措施前后成效的对比,提出了提升风景旅游区信息服务满意度的具体建议,有助于提升游客的旅游体验,提升景区的竞争力和软实力。
