北京大学第三医院癌症患者镇痛用麻醉药品处方审查3年比较

COMPARISION OF NARCOTIC PRESCRIPTIONS AUDIT OF OUTPATIENTS WITH CANCER PAIN OF PEKING UNIVERSITY THIRD HOSPITAL FROM YEAR 2012 TO 2014

目的:对2012年-2014年3年期间的门诊处方麻醉镇痛药物使用情况进行分析,为癌痛镇痛合理用药提供指导。方法:提取北京大学第三医院2012年-2014年的全部门、急诊的麻醉药品处方,依据《处方管理办法》对癌痛患者的镇痛药物使用情况进行审核,并对不合理处方存在的问题类型和数量进行分析。结果:北京大学第三医院药剂科麻醉药品处方数量在2012年-2014年呈增长趋势,2012年共有麻醉药品处方1297张,2013年1384张,2014年1705张。疼痛药师通过处方审核,发现问题处方,并汇总分析,与医务处和医师沟通反馈,使2012年-2014年癌痛镇痛用麻醉药品处方不合理比例逐年下降,从2012年为5.38%,2013年为4.22%,降低至2014年的1.87%。3年的不合理处方中不适宜处方占93.2%,不规范处方占6.8%。结论:药师审核麻醉药品处方可以促进癌痛患者的镇痛合理用药。

Objective：To analyze narcotic prescriptions of outpatients from year 2012 to 2014 and to provide guidance to rational use of narcotics for cancer patients with pain. Methods：Analyzing the narcotic prescriptions of outpatients of Peking University Third Hospital from year 2012 to 2014 in accordance with ＂ the Prescription Management Method ＂ related regulations. Results： Narcotic prescriptions for outpatientwas increased during 2012 to 2014, from 1297 to 1705, while the ratio of irrational narcotic prescriptions was decreased, from 5. 38% to 1. 87%. Among the irrational prescriptions, the inaptitude ones accounted for 93.2%, and the unstandard prescriptions were 6. 8%. Pain pharmacist contributes greatly to the reduction in irrational prescriptions. Conclusion： Pharmacist contributes critically to the rational use of narcotic drugs for improvement of cancer patients with pain.
