摘要
管理创新的研究往往忽视合伙人特征这个变量,本文以188份科技型小微企业为样本,结合团队研究的有关理论分析了合伙人特征对科技型小微企业管理创新能力的影响。实证研究结果显示合伙人教育背景的异质性和行业经验的异质性对科技型小微企业管理创新能力有显著的正向影响,而合伙人的年龄、受教育程度和管理经验对小微企业管理创新能力的作用不显著。
Many studies have tended to ignore the variable of partners. Based on the Upper Echelons Theory on creativity, this paper analyzes the impact of the partners' characteristics on the entrepreneurial innovation competency by using the survey data from 188 tech- nology-based small and micro enterprises. The empirical results show that the educational background heterogeneity and industry experi- ence heterogeneity of partners have a significant positive effect on the administration innovation capability, but the average age, the level of education and management experience of partners don't have obvious positive effects.
