中国工业行业进出口贸易对环境污染的影响分析

Environment Effect of Foreign Trade of Industries in China

20世纪90年代以来,贸易与环境问题越来越受到学者的关注。中国长期以来粗放型贸易增长模式凸显了环境问题,特别是工业行业进出口贸易的环境问题。本文运用投入产出法量化分析中国工业行业的进出口污染排放,衡量中国在对外贸易中为他国承担的环境成本,提出兼顾平衡贸易收益和环境成本的贸易发展建议。

Since 1990s, the issue of international trade and environment has aroused more and more attention. The serious environmen- tal pollution caused by extensive trade growth pattern for the long term. This paper tends to measure whether China took extra environ- mental cost for trade partners via calculating the pollution with input-output analysis of industry sectors in foreign trade.
