Mechanism Analysis of Patent Policy Path Integrated into the Development of Industrial Economic

中国当前面临着如何通过专利政策激发产业技术创新内生驱动力,支撑产业竞争力提升和经济贡献值增长的问题。本文从政策链式配置的视角提出了专利政策融入产业经济发展路径这一概念,静态解析产业经济发展目标导向下专利政策融入路径的模块构成,动态探究不同模块耦合作用下专利政策融入路径从低级到高级的演化过程,旨在通过专利政策融入路径的优化配置,提升专利政策对产业经济发展的增量、增值、增效作用。

China faces the problem that how to use, patent policy to stimulate industrial endogenous driving force of technological innova- tion, promoting industrial competitiveness and supporting the contribution of economic value. From the peispective of chain configura- tion, the paper puts forward the concept of policy path of patent integrated into the development of industrial economic. And it analyzes the modules composition and dynamic evolution process mechanism, aiming to promote industrial economic effect through policy optimi- zation configuration.
