胰岛素使用访谈工具在2型糖尿病健康教育中的应用研究

目的探讨应用胰岛素访谈工具对2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育的影响与意义。方法选取确诊的2型糖尿病患者600例,随机均分为实验组和对照组(n=300)。其中实验组患者使用胰岛素访谈工具进行宣传教育;对照组患者采用常规方法宣传教育。比较2组患者用药依从性、血糖及糖化血红蛋白控制情况。结果实验组服药依从性显著优于对照组,实验组患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白控制显著优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用胰岛素访谈工具有利于患者正确认识胰岛素知识,提高治疗依从性,控制并降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,从而防止或延缓糖尿病并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of insulin interview tool on the health education of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Six hundred confirmed diabetic patients from the endocrine department were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Patients of experimental group received health education by using insulin interview tool. While patients of control group were provided with routine health education. Patients’ compliance to insulin therapy, levels of blood glucose and hemoglobin A 1C were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, compared to patients of control group, patients of experimental group behave better in compliance to insulin therapy, meanwhile, levels of blood glucose and hemoglobin A 1C in experimental group were lower than that of control group, with statistical significance （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The promotion of insulin interview tool is beneficial for patients of type 2 diabetes. It prompts them to have a correct understanding of insulin therapy and improves their compliance to insulin therapy, which plays a positive role in control of blood glucose and hemoglobin A 1C. What’s more, it’s helpful to prevent or slower the occur of complication of diabetes, so as to extend and improve the live quality of patients. In other words, insulin interview tool is worthy of wide clinical application.
