摘要
以天然石墨为原料,通过改良的Hummers法和热还原法制备了多层石墨烯片,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和恒电流测试等方法对所得的产物进行了结构表征和电化学性能方面的测试。实验结果表明,在100mA/g的电流密度下,石墨烯的首次放电容量高达1070mAh/g,经过30w循环以后,电极材料仍然可以保留430mAh/g的容量,明显高于石墨的理论容量372mAh/g,表现出良好的电化学性能。
Graphene nanosheets(GNSs)were successfully synthesized by modified Hummers and thermal reduction method.Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM)and galvanostatic cell cycling were employed to characterize the structure and electrochemical performance of materials.The electrode of GNSs exhibited good cycling performance,with the initial discharge approached 1070 mAh/g and good capacity retention of 430mAh/g up to the 30 th cycle at 100mA/g.
