摘要
采用不同的反应温度合成一系列分子量不同的线型酚醛树脂(PF),以其为基体树脂制备出不同分子量PF基复合材料。通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和凝胶色谱仪(GPC)对PF进行表征;利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)测试了不同分子量PF的热性能;并研究了PF分子量对PF基复合材料力学性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着反应温度的提高,PF的分子量增大,分子量分布变宽;分子量大小和分布适中的PF85和PF90树脂的热性能较好;PF85基复合材料的力学性能较好,冲击强度达到3.80kJ/m2,弯曲强度也达到最大值75.40MPa;分析认为选用PF85为基体树脂制得复合材料的综合性能较好。
The synthesis of a series of linear phenolic resin(PF)with different molecular weight adopted different reaction temperatures,which were as the matrix resin PF matrix composites with different molecular weight were prepared.Used fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and gel permeation chromatograph(GPC)the PF composites were characterized.By using differential scanning calorimeter instrument(DSC)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)the thermal properties of PF composites were tested.And the effect of molecular weight on the mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of PF composites were studied.Results showed that with the increase of reaction temperature,the molecular weight of PF increased,molecular weight distribution widened.PF85 and PF90resin with moderated molecular weight and distribution had good thermal performance.PF85 composite had good mechanical properties,impact strength was 3.80kJ/m2,bending strength researched maximum 75.40 MPa.Analyzed that PF85 was chosen as matrix of composite material had good comprehensive performance.
