摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯为单体,通过乳液聚合制得聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸甲酯(PP-g-MA)的新型增容剂,并用红外光谱表征了接枝产物。考察了反应条件对接枝率和熔融指数(MFR)的影响;研究了PP-g-MA对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,在70℃下,引发剂及单体用量分别为PP质量的7%和10%,反应2.5h时,接枝率最高可达到3.52%,MFR可达到35g/10min,PP-g-MA是良好的相容剂,可大大提高复合材料的力学性能。
A new compatilizer polypropylene grafted methyl acrylate(PP-g-MA)was prepared by the method of emulsion polymerization.The grafted production was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The effects of react condition on the graft ratio were studied.The results showed that the graft ratio could reach to 3.52% and the MFR could reach to 35g/10 min when the initiator was 7%,MA concentration was 10%,reaction temperature was 70℃,grafting time was 2.5hours.And PP-g-MA could evidently improve the interface compatibility and mechanical properties of the composite material.
