季铵化聚乙烯醇-钛酸四丁酯杂化膜对罗丹明B的吸附性能 被引量:2

摘要 以季铵化聚乙烯醇(QPVA)与钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为原料通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了有机-无机杂化膜,进而考察了其对罗丹明B(RB)的吸附性能。结果表明,当吸附时间90min、pH值4、RB的初始浓度110mg/L、温度40℃、TBT的质量分数为5%,该膜对RB的吸附量最大(32.92mg/g)。利用吸附动力学和热力学模型对该膜吸附RB的过程进行模拟,结果表明:RB在该杂化膜上的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,吸附动力学可以用拟二级动力学模型描述。ΔG、ΔH和ΔS的计算结果表明:该杂化膜对RB的吸附是自发的吸热过程。 Organic-inorganic hybrid membranes were synthesized with quaternized polyvinyl alcohol(QPVA)and tetrabutyl titanate(TBT)through the method of sol-gel reaction.It's adsorption ability for Rhodamine B(RB)was investigated.The results showed that the optimum adsorption condition:adsorption time was 90min;pH values 4;the initial mass concentration of RB was 110mg/L;the mass fraction of TBT was 5%;temperature was 40℃.Under this condition,the RB adsorption capacity of the membrane was 32.92mg/g.The adsorptive kinetics and thermodynamics equations were used to fit the adsorption process.The adsorption isotherm of RB can be well fitted the Langmuir equation.The adsorption kinetics can be well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetics model.The values ofΔG,ΔH andΔS indicated that the adsorption of RB onto QPVA-TBT was spontaneous and endothermic.
