摘要 利用原子力显微镜,采用高硬度单晶金刚石探针,分别对经过处理的碳纤维进行力学测试,样品的测试数据,用数据处理软件origin处理后得到压力-位移曲线关系图。纵坐标代表在碳纤维的微观力学分析过程中针尖对碳纤维所施加的压力,单位为纳牛,横坐标代表碳纤维和针尖悬臂在一定线性范围内总的形变量,单位为纳米。该方法得出的评价标准是可以通过力曲线的斜率来定性表示碳纤维的硬度,一般力曲线斜率绝对值越高,则硬度越大。 Carbon fiber were tested by using atomic force microscope(AFM),it was a kind of method to evaluate carbon fiber,s microarea relative hardness.By using AFM and diamond single crystal probe with high hardness,respectively treated carbon fiber for mechanical testing.The datas of tested samples were processed with origin data processing software to get the curve diagram of pressure-displacement.The ordinate represented the tip in the process of carbon fiber micromechanics analysis for the stress imposed by the carbon fiber,the unit was cattle.The abscissa represented the variation of the carbon fiber and needlepoint cantilever within a certain linear range,the unit was nano.The method of evaluation standard can be qualitatively by force curve slope said the hardness of carbon fiber.Generally,the greater the slope absolute value of force curve,the greater the hardness.
