摘要
通过一步湿化学法成功制备了均一大小的ZnO球,并对ZnO球的形貌和结构进行了分析。通过对一步法与两步法合成ZnO球的过程对比,分析了一步法获得ZnO球的优势;通过对不同反应温度得到ZnO球的形貌比较,讨论了获得均一大小ZnO球的最佳条件。退火后样品的XRD分析证明ZnO属于纤锌矿结构。并对ZnO球的可控生长机制进行了理论分析。
The uniform-sized ZnO spheres were successfully prepared by one-step wet-chemical method,and the morphology and structure of spheres were analyzed.By comparison of one-step and two-step process of preparing ZnO sphere,it was concluded that the one-step process was superior to two-step process.For comparison of the morphology of ZnO sphere depending on different reaction temperature,the best condition to obtain uniform-size ZnO sphere were discussed.Analysis from X-ray diffraction(XRD)of annealed sample demonstrated that the wurtzite structure of ZnO sphere.Finally,the theoretical analysis was proposed for the controllable growth conditions of ZnO sphere.
