纳米金属氧化物对苯基硅橡胶耐热性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以甲基苯基乙烯基硅油为基体、甲基苯基含氢硅油为交联剂、经硅烷偶联剂处理的Al2O3、纳米CeO2和纳米Fe2O3为填料制备耐高温硅橡胶,研究纳米CeO2、纳米Fe2O3对苯基硅橡胶耐热性能的影响。结果表明:纳米CeO2或纳米Fe2O3均可提高苯基硅橡胶的耐热空气老化性能和热稳定性能,加入8份纳米CeO2或6份纳米Fe2O3的苯基硅橡胶的耐热老化性能显著提高;添加了8份纳米CeO2或8份纳米Fe2O3的苯基硅橡胶起始分解温度较氧化铝填充样分别提高了103℃和80℃。 The high-temperature silicone rubber was prepared by using phenyl methyl vinyl silicone oil as substrate,methyl phenyl silicone oil containing hydrogen as the crosslinking agent,silane coupling agent treated aluminum oxide,nano CeO2 and nano Fe2O3 as filler.The effect of nano CeO2 and nano Fe2O3 on heat resistance of rubber were investigated.The results showed that nano CeO2 or nano Fe2O3 could significantly improve the heat aging properties and the thermal stability of rubber.The heat aging properties of rubber was improved significantly when added eight phr nano CeO2 or six phr nano Fe2O3.The starting decomposition temperature of rubber was increased 103℃ or 80℃respectively when 8phr nano CeO2 or 8phr nano Fe2O3 was added by comparing with that of adding Al2O3 samples.
