摘要 熔融沉积制造(FDM)技术是3D打印领域应用最为广泛的类型。为便于相关研究工作的进行,解释了FDM的工作原理,概括了FDM用成型材料的种类和特性以及FDM技术的应用领域,总结了FDM技术在国内外的研究现状及取得成果,分析了FDM技术存在的缺陷并提出相应的改进方法,最后,对FDM打印技术进行了展望。 Fused deposition modeling(FDM)technique is the most widely used types of 3Dprinting field.To facilitate related research work about FDM,the working principle of FDM was explained,the types and characteristics of FDM molding material and the application fields of FDM technology were summed up.Then the research situation and achievements of FDM technology at home and abroad were summarized,the defects existing in FDM technology were analyzed and the corresponding improvement methods were putted forward at the same time.Finally,the FDM printing technology was prospected.
